  • Own Permitting & Compliance: Manage all aspects of eclipse permits and ensure documentation is current and compliant.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Professionally handle calls and emails from clients and key stakeholders.
  • Vendor Relations: Collect W9s from subcontractors and verify that all are properly licensed and insured.
  • Financial Coordination: Accurately process payments to subcontractors.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take clear notes, and organize information for easy access.
  • Equipment Scheduling: Manage the equipment rental schedule with clients and internal teams.
  • Grant Applications: Research and apply for grants as needed to support company initiatives.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Executive Support: Manage the President’s schedule and calendar.

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to be the driving force behind our projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Coordination: Meet with subcontractors, ensuring timely arrivals and quality work.
  • Material Management: Assist with the pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Safety Champion: Promote and enforce job-site safety protocols.
  • Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for business owners, contractors, corridor managers, and design professionals.
  • Project Documentation: Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and documentation to meet City requirements.
  • Permit & Approval Support: Review storefront design plans and assist in securing permits and approvals.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and document milestones.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Track projects using tools like QuickBase, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Financial Coordination: Deliver payments as needed and manage equipment drop-off and pickup.

  • Proven experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
